Ethos/Pathos/Logos
Claim- an assertion of the truth of something
Support- Proof or evidence to support claim
Counterargument- An argument in opposition to another, something that undermines an argument or deters someone from action
Tone- the attitudes toward the subject and toward the audience implied in a literary work.
Primary source- original materials. Information for which the writer has no personal knowledge is not primary
Diction- the choice and use of words and phrases in speech or writing
Anecdote- a short and amusing or interesting story about a real incident or person

StructureMeter- the rhythm of a piece of poetry, determined by the number and length of feet in a line
